Waste Water Treatment Tank Worcestershire
New Build House Worcestershire
We recently supplied one our our precast concrete waste water treatment tanks to a new build Worcestershire. The client had installed a plastic tank in previous projects and had faced a lot of problems during installation. The client was delighted how easy it was to install one of our tanks.
Basically they excavated the hole as per our dimension drawings. They put a flat level bed of stones in the bottom of the hole. We then arrived with our truck mounted crane and set the tank into the hole. The client then back filled around the tank with the material that was excavated from the hole. The saved the client a lot of time and money in comparison to installing plastic tanks
With plastic tanks you usually have to dig the hole and put a concrete foundation in. You then install the tank and pin it to the base. You then need to put concrete backfill around the tank to hold it in place. This is a significant cost in both materials and labour and you will not need to spend this money with our tanks. The cost of concrete in Worcestershire is upwards of £85 per cubic metre. You could need anywhere from 4 to 6 cubic metres of concrete, so the savings are pretty significant.
Our tanks are made from fibre reinforced 45N concrete so they are extremely strong. We are so confident in our concrete waste wtaer treatment tanks that we offer a 40 YEAR STRUCTURAL WARRENTY with them.
